These terms govern your use of the website at aiemployis.com and the related niche sites in the AI Employee Network. If you've signed a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Order Form for a customer deployment, that agreement governs your deployment and prevails over any conflict with these terms.
1. The Service
The Service consists of (a) the public website at aiemployis.com and connected niche sites in the network, (b) any AI Employee deployment that we provide to your shop under a separate agreement, and (c) the materials, content, tools, and documentation we make available through them.
2. Acceptable use
By using the Service, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, harassment, or violation of intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to access systems or data you're not authorized to access.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or otherwise circumvent the Service's technical protections.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when interacting with us or with end-customers via a deployed AI Employee.
- Use the Service to send spam, phish, or otherwise abuse end-customers.
3. Customer deployments (AI Employee)
Customer deployments are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement. The MSA covers, among other things:
- Service-level commitments and uptime targets.
- Data ownership, processing, and the Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
- Pricing, payment terms, and renewal.
- Confidentiality obligations on both sides.
- Liability and indemnification.
- Termination rights, including the 30-day evaluation window described in our pricing page.

4. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, content, and the AI Employee architecture, is owned by AI Employis and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purposes.
Customer deployments operate on customer-owned data: shop names, logos, scripts, and end-customer conversations belong to the customer. We don't claim ownership of any of that.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate. AI Employee deployments are tools that augment human dispatch teams; they are not substitutes for human judgment in genuinely emergency or safety-critical situations.
The customer is responsible for monitoring the deployment, escalating ambiguous cases to humans, and exercising professional judgment in any situation where the AI Employee's output could affect health, safety, or property.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability under these terms (excluding what's covered in a separate MSA) is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
For active customer deployments, the limitation of liability in your MSA applies and supersedes this section.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of (a) your violation of these terms, (b) your use of the Service in violation of law, or (c) your infringement of third-party rights through your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you materially violate these terms. For customer deployments, termination rights and notice periods are governed by the MSA.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, unless an applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are communicated to active customers directly; for site visitors, the "Last updated" date at the top tracks each revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
