We don't sell a generic SaaS subscription. Every deployment is per-shop, with pricing tuned to your inbound volume, channel mix, and trade. The tiers below are the typical shapes; the actual quote is built during your demo.

Is there a per-conversation overage?

The conversation caps in each tier are guidelines based on what most shops actually use. If you go over in one month, we don't bill an overage — we have a conversation about whether your shop has outgrown the tier. For storm-belt customers and shops with high seasonal concentration, we offer volume-uncapped pricing on the Multi-Shop tier.

What's included in the setup fee?

Discovery call, AI Employee training against your historical inbound data, integration setup (CRM, calendar, SMS), channel deployment, and the 14-day soft-launch monitoring period. The first round of tuning is included; ongoing tuning is part of the monthly subscription.

Are there annual contracts?

We offer 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month commitments. The longer the commitment, the more we discount the monthly. We don't lock customers into multi-year contracts; our churn rate is low because the product works, not because the paperwork is sticky.

What if my CRM isn't on your supported list?

We've integrated with most of the trade-industry CRMs on the market. If yours isn't listed, we'll build the integration during onboarding — usually within the standard 14-day timeline. Custom integrations are included in the setup fee for Multi-Shop and above.

Who owns the conversation data?

You do. All conversation transcripts, customer data, and CRM writes belong to your shop. We use anonymised aggregate data to improve the network's AI Employees over time; we never sell or share customer-identifiable data with third parties. Full details in our privacy policy and DPA.

What if it doesn't work for my shop?

We have a 30-day evaluation window. If the AI Employee doesn't show measurable lift against your baseline by day 30, we refund the setup fee and unwind the deployment. We've never had to do this — but we offer it because we'd rather have an honest conversation than a stuck customer.
